Hade lite svårt att hitta "allergiavdelningen" på frukosten då den var placerad lite dolt nästa. Sedan fanns det veganska smöret vid det vanliga smöret och färskosten och det känns lite vanskligt att ha det så när det finns en risk för att folk kanske blandar knivar eller råkar tappa färskost/smör i det veganska alternativet. Förslagsvis hade man haft det veganska smöret även vid allergiavdelningen.

Hotel moderno. Stanza pulita e confortevole. Colazione variegata con dolce e salato. Centro storico raggiungibile facilmente con una piacevole passeggiata o con mezzi vicini. Ottima interazione con la struttura nella fase pre-visit.

Customer care della reception migliorabile: avevamo chiesto due camere senza moquette e la culla in stanza> abbiamo avuto due camere con moquette senza letti richiesti. Ci hanno modificato il tutto. In più non ci avevano avvertito che le pulizie fossero da richiedere espressamente e lo abbiamo compreso solo nella giornata successiva quando ormai era tardi per chiederle. Cena un po' limitata per i bambini
