"I'd never stay at this Red Roof again."

Location. Close to interstate and lots of restaurants

The state of the room. The refrigerators door was rusty as well as the bottle opener in the bath room I couldn't take a bath because it was unsafe. Not the handrails as displayed in the Booking.com pictures. I didn't feel safe as there was an unlocked door to the outside not 15 feet from my room. Door to bathroom had two patched holes. No kleenex in dispenser. No grab bars by the toilet. Room 101

"May give it another try. Location very coconvenien"

Room needed better cleanness. At arrival, there was a cigarette but next to the nightstand. Issues with plumbing. Sink leaked. Had to request extra towels to soak water on the floor. Day staff at front desk was very friendly, and really concern about my comments. Linens were not exactly fresh.

We had to lift the handle to the door room to get the door to close the hinges are so bad there is a large gap at the top and bottom of the door. There was a weird smell in the lobby and slight smell in the room. The room was clean but the shower heads need replaced as they are clogged and a lot of calcium build up.
