I liked the location and the decoration.

There was nothing wrong with my stay.

All was good, just the shower door leaked .

It was all good, not really now problems.

I liked how clean the rooms were and the com;plentary snacks that was next to the Keurig. The bathroom was great, this hotel had excellent water pressure and that was what we were looking for.

What I did not like was where the room was located at. We did not know that we would be close to the main streets. During the night we heard motorcycles and other loud cars driving by. I would recommend requesting to have a room away from the main street.

Staff was all very, very nice. However there was just one woman working and she was so overwhelmed, she was doing the job of like 3 people! But she was calm and kind even though I saw that she was spread way too thin, and that’s on management not her. Room was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately the room we booked didn’t have a TV in it. We were told the previous guests broke it and it was being ordered. I was told the tvs are programmed to the room and there wasn’t another one available. They did offer us a discount which was appreciated, and I was told it would be taken care of. When I checked out in the morning I double checked the discount had been applied and it had not, so I’m glad I double checked. They handled it and I got the discount in the end. A minor thing, but the pool towels are at the front desk and we didn’t know, so we got all the way down to the pool and realized there were no towels. When I checked in I asked where the pool was and what time they closed and still wasn’t told to get towels from them. It wasn’t posted anywhere, we had to ask another guest. Hot tub needs more water, the jets were barely covered and caused the water to spray allll over the place. We could hear everything from outside, it was not a soundproof room at all. a gap in the curtain above the air conditioner was annoying in the morning, the sun shines right in your eyes.
