Sleep Inn Johnstown - Richland Town Center

Our room was terrible. There must have been a water leak. The floor was very damaged. It was slippery. The bathroom door did not work right. There were paint chips all over the floor. Very disappointing and have not had a bad experience here previously.

Bed was comfortable, however the room needs some repairs. Flooring tiles were chiped in multiple areas, pealing protective plastic from the refrigerator (never removed when installed) just looks bad, scratched up pictures hanging on the walls and dirty carpets on the 3rd floor hallway.

We stayed in a handicapped room that had a broken air-conditioner. When the compressor turned on it was like a jet engine reving up for take off. It made a high screeching noise while running. And made the sound of a car engine slowing down when it was shutting off. So we got very little sleep both nights. It's hard for me to believe they didn't knowthey didn't know the air compressor needed to be replaced.

Very quiet and nice room for the price.

Property is in need of a serious overhaul. Old and rundown.

It was nice having a frig and microwave. We used them for food we bought at Walmart to supplement meals out with friends and relatives. A little dull and dingy room; needs updating. Breakfast choices were good. Close to Pitt plus several good restaurants and fast food restaurants.

Power went out in our neighborhood after someone hit a pole. So, this was a last minute reservation. The staff was quick, helpful, the room clean & comfortable.

Property was run down. Hallway had a bad smell. Please a remodel should be done soon!

Handicap room was tight between the fridge and the wall. The floor tiles were broken/cracked. Room was still decent. This is the 2nd time that I've stayed here.

We always dtay here when we come back to Johnstown to visit. They never disappoint. Always friendly and the rooms are always clean.
