"Reception man and a server were great"

I like lobby

Definitely cleansing, the clothes bed was dirty i have to ask for clean sheets and cover, also they delayed like 40 minutes or more to resolve this problem; i can't give 5 stars reception was great

We were given a room with the AC not working. It was 102 degrees and the room showed 85 inside. Staff did come to look at it and were supposed to return and nobody did until I called again. Then they moved us rooms. It took more than 4 hours.
