Clean and excellent service with a smile

Great free breakfast!!

Nice greenspace for kids to run around. Pool is way too small. My key cards stopped working at least twice. The elevator was scary. Need a second waffle maker.

Well, it’s very upsetting when you go to a hotel and the amenities listed aren’t even there. No workout facilities and hot tub out of service! The hallway and room had a bad smell to them. Had me worried about the area… there was an incident that happened where a women was laying on the ground screaming… not sure if she was on drugs or if she got assaulted in some way. But, talked with the lady at the front desk, she call the police. Also, when I asked for a regular blanket… because I am allergic to feathers, she told me they aren’t real feathers and the other hotel worker rolled her eyes, like I was being ridiculous for asking for a different blanket without feathers. We pay a lot of money for these hotel stays… and I just don’t feels it’s right to get responses like this.

All staff exceptionally polite and professional!

The facility was OK. The staff was very friendly. Shampooed carpets the day we arrived so a colleague could not stay there (allergies). Two ladybugs in my room but it was ladybug season in Wisconsin so I helped them outside. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold, watery, mushy, but the spinach/egg soufle was great.

One of the cleanest breakfast areas in a hotel I’ve eaten at.
