Falto limpieza en los baños y salón

Falto un poco más de limpieza habia polvo y también en el baño

La ubicación es buena y el apartamento es amplio

Mucho polvo y humedad, el automatico saltaba muy facil con solo poner el horno o la vitro y nos ha pasado bastante, habia una cama hundida, se escucha muchisimo a todo el mundo en el edificio, no habia ningun tipo de producto de limpieza ni utensilio de cocina que fuera util (aparte de tenedores, cucharas etc). No estaba mal como tal pero estaba muy vacia en cuanto a cosas que de verdad hacen falta

Good amount of space

The pipes burst, tv didn’t turn on. Had to manually turn water pipe off and on each time we needed to use it and then the guy who served us was very rude. The bidet broke. Kitchen and outside patio was dirty. There are a lot of steps to the apartment. It’s loud at night. One bathroom mirrors bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived. There was a funky smell. Shower water was always cold and the owner blamed us. She claimed we broke the tv and the pipe and kept saying how everything was fine when they did the check up before our arrival. However a lot of things were very much broken, smelt and not much use

Nicely located, responsive staff. Two front rooms ( first bedroom and living room) bright and appealing

The property is absolutely NOT a 3 bedroom as described. The second bedroom is like a cave, no outside window but small door into a dark and covered inner courtyard - lights must be on all the time to see anything. The *third* bedroom is a small sofa placed in an L shape of the second bedroom. The bathroom needs things cleaning and replacing….like the rusty hoses. The inner courtyard at the back was not well cleaned and had cigarette butts. In the living room part of the wall boarding to the stairs is broken. In short, the back half of the apartment needs serious refurbishment…but it will still be very dark and a 2 bedroom only

it is in an excellent location. close to city center. There are nice restaurants in front of the place. very spacious.

walls are really thin. We were able to hear the neighbor's noise above us, which made it hard to sleep during the night. Some parts of the apartment need maintenance. (for example the broken cupboard)
