We had to ask multiple times for sheets for the pull out bed, there were stains on the benches, no towels in the pool. Only 2 towels for 4 people as well as they only provided 1 pillow for the pull out bed when they knew we had 2 kids. Hot tub jets were out of order, Elevator was out of order. Not what you would expect for a higher end hotel!

hotel seemed to be recently renovated or new build. Everything was just what one would expect. I asked for abjointing rooms, but due to a massive weekend, they could not accommodate me. But they did let me know ahead of time. The pool was clean clear warm, and hot tub was great at 102 d. The jets did not work, but again we were told before check in. The Uno restaurant was part of the hotel. had good food, was open for breakfast buffet and also alla carte. Would highly recommend this hotel. Great value for the price.

Overall a nice hotel. Well kept, spacious rooms. The staff could care less about customers and issues. The elevator was not working and they just kind of shrugged thier shoulders about it. We also had an awful sewage smell coming from our bathroom one of days and when I kindly reported it, they had zero reaction and again, just shrugged their shoulders. Felt odd.

My husband and I recently stayed at Delta Hotels for the first time, and it was delightful! I'm already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip. The location is incredibly convenient - 20 minutes away from the airport (close, but far enough away that you don't hear planes constantly flying overhead), and there's tons of shopping, spas, restaurants, and cute downtown areas nearby. The staff and service were absolutely wonderful. We asked about recommendations for what was nearby or a must-see, and the ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful (Cannelle Pastries was an incredible recommendation - thank you!). The lobby was decorated nicely for the holidays, and I loved the holiday touches throughout the hotel. Our room was clean, cozy, and extremely comfortable. One of my favorite parts of our stay was the Uno's restaurant that's inside the hotel. We were exhausted after our day trips, and having a restaurant built-in to the hotel made it super easy to grab dinner. The atmosphere of the restaurant was laid back and perfect after a long day. We enjoyed having the option to sit at the lounge-style couches for dinner and grabbed a booth and table the next morning for breakfast. There were lots of TVs to watch sports and movies on, which was a huge perk for us. There's also a full bar and grille menu. I tried both of the fish options, while my husband went for the pizza and burgers during our stay. Everything was excellent! I highly recommend staying at this gem! We'll be bringing our swimsuits next time to check out the pool!
