The staff was courteous. The breakfast was the best part of my stay with plenty of choices.

The room had a real bad smell like animal or something and took our breath especially when entering the room. I actually stayed out of the room when possible. The floor was filthy and I had to keep shoes or socks on the children. I have stayed in old hotels but this one, the rooms were not up to par. I did not complain to the staff as there nothing that could help the room and I even used Lysol spray to see if that would help. No it did not.

The clerk tried so hard but could only do so much. If it hadn't been for her we probably would have left!

Key wouldn't work, had to go to desk and wait for keys twice, then clerk came to try and she had to get tool to reprogram door; Feces on toilet seat (I have pics!), same desk clerk came and cleaned; room smelled awful so while we went to eat clerk set up deodorizer but when we got back it was too strong so she moved us; Needs a thorough deep cleaning and more help!
