The apartment was not cleaned properly. There were cockroaches in the hallway. We had to pay for the parking in the building.

Good location and fully functional kitchen.

Clean spacious and easy to find and convenient.

Location is great although it was a bit noisy. Spacious and well appointed. Staff to check you in (have had nightmares at other properties just trying to get in). Door Card worked well getting in and out of the building and into the lift.

No bedside lights, whats the go and the pillows were enormous so used the cushions instead.

Good spot, though not the trendy end of Sydney rd (you’ll want to catch a tram to lots of spots). It was useful for us visiting friends, great access to Buleke Bek playground nearby. Near some great cafes and op shops, and good access to the tram line. Staff were very friendly and responsive when we needed our beds changed and when frequently asking for things like laundry powder. Good parking, though at extra cost.

This property was strange and I was disappointed given the other reviews and ratings. Many note no bedside tables but don’t mention that this will never be fixed in most bedrooms because they simply lack the powerpoints in the correct spot - they’re often halfway up the wall on the wrong side of the room. Rooms are very small, we had no room for our travel cot initially before we had the rooms changed. No heating or temp control in the rooms only in the main area, and no windows in the main area only a big sliding door, so need to open that for air flow especially when the sun hits the apartment. Even for a longer stay (5 nights) we were provided one of everything (dish liquid, washing powder, bin bags etc) and had to request from the front desk each time we needed another. If someone is staying a week perhaps just provide bin liners and washing powder or offer enough for the week. Beds were uncomfortable, other reviews mention they need a topper but I now realise this is because they have left the crack in the middle where it separates in two. It’s true that many hotels disguise this with a comfortable topper, but this apartment did not so it was uncomfortable and quite firm. The pillows were also very cheap and uncomfortable. There was significant noise from other apartments, the lift and the hall. The living space and rooms are very small and not very welcoming. We stayed with a 3yo and a 7 month old (noted when booking) and it was uncomfortable enough that I considered cutting our loses and staying somewhere nicer for the remaining 4 nights. In the end we stayed and it was fine but not a very easy and comfy place to spend time. The obviously parts of the apartment seemed clean enough but when the beds were moved to reconfigure singles and kings it was clear it hadn’t had a good clean (used bandaids on the floor, razor packaging, in another room/cupboard my 3yo found someone’s used eyebrow pencil).
