"Wonderful stay"

Beautiful and convenient location, stylish and modern facilities, super comfortable room, bedding and shower, great onsen and amazing hospitality. The Director of rooms, Mr. Hatakeyama was particularly caring and helpful during our stay.

We just loved everything even outside of the skiing season in late May

お部屋もアップグレードしていただき予約の部屋より広くのんびり快適でした。温泉も期待していたより綺麗で良い湯でサウナも良かったです。 食事も牛肉やじゃがいもはニセコならではで美味しく料理されてました。スタッフの皆さんも元気に挨拶されていて気持ちが良かったです。

泊まった部屋のインテリアが、これまで経験したことが無いほどにスタイリッシュで素敵でした。 間接照明の使い方がうまくて 本当に「リゾート」の気分が満喫出来ました。

文句ではありませんが、大浴場の大きさが ホテルの規模からしたら不十分ではと 少々疑問に思ってしまいました。 今回は全く問題なくお湯を楽しめましたが 繁忙期のスキーシーズンには 相当に細やかな時間管理をしないと お風呂に入らない？なんてことが起きないでしょうか？ ただの老婆心であれば良いのですが、、、

"雙床房是加大單人床很舒服。春季入住沒有太多餐廳可以選，早餐晚餐如果是飯店的自助餐，種類夠多但連續吃會有點無趣、基本上沒有變化"

ski in out真的很棒，除了地點有點偏僻之外其他都挺滿意的。

房間的空調不能手動調整，暖氣跟冷氣都不能開，廁所的抽氣機風力很弱，衣服洗好不用烘乾機或是濕透的滑雪用品要掛上一整天才會乾，很不友善
