Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war sehr gut, und das Frühstückspersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Dadurch wurde unser Aufenthalt deutlich aufgewertet.

ir haben um 22 Uhr eingecheckt und hatten insgesamt einen gemischten Eindruck. Am ersten Tag war der Fahrstuhl außer Betrieb, was etwas unangenehm war. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption wirkte leider recht gestresst. Zudem sind uns einige Gebrauchsspuren aufgefallen, die mit wenig Aufwand behoben werden könnten – beispielsweise der nicht besonders saubere Teppich im Flur. Das Parkhaus steht zwar zur Verfügung, jedoch erfolgt die Nutzung auf eigene Verantwortung. Etwas enttäuschend fanden wir auch die Kosten für den Hund. Da wir erst spät am Abend angekommen sind, hätten wir uns hier etwas mehr Kulanz gewünscht, beispielsweise die erste Nacht kostenfrei für den Hund.
