Parking is an issue- self parking is not convenient, valet parking is expensive Decor was eclectic & dated; not a smooth, warm welcoming place

the hotel is clean, great location well maintained .. I needed help understanding the thermostat, Great came to my room and was very polite and friendly. I also met quamie on the elevator as i was heading to the restaurant to have breakfast and he made me feel very welcome. the food was good and service was wonderful

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the eclectic decor and hotel vibe. The highlight of my trip was the excellent care given to me from the staff. I felt welcomed and valued. David Michael, at the front desk, was especially warm and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue. I also appreciated the gentleman at the Sisters breakfast buffet and the valet staff. I will return.

My stay at this hotel was tremendous. The lobby looks very clean the front desk agent was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and everything worked. Overall I will stay here again and definitely will recommend
