The food

Taking and extra 200. And no air. It’s stay at 76 the whole time. And the refrigerator wow had to get a bucket of ice to put 3 drink in at a time really now.

The hotel was modern, clean and in a fantastic location. The staff on reception were super friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was very good and Monica and Andres serving breakfast were simply excellent and a credit to the hotel.

Room service was a huge let down, failed to provided enough towels one day, failed to replace shower gel and shampoo when empty another day, failed to take out trash twice, failed to make up room at all one day, failed to make up hotel before 5pm on at least 3 occasions. I notified front desk who were helpful in resolving but it was frustrating to have to keep reporting issues. I asked to speak to the hotel supervisor 3 times but at no point did they make themselves available to discuss my concerns.

The location was great and so were the staff. James and Brittany checked me in and were wonderful and very helpful throughout the stay. They ensured my check-in was very smooth and informed me of all the amenities the hotel had to offer. The hotel is in a great location, easy commute to anything that you would want to do in downtown. The valet service was great.
