"Disappointed"

A few years ago when we stayed it was great. Fast forward 4 years and it is terrible. First room we were put in was already occupied the next room had water on the floor that came from the leaky ceiling the room was not clean. Just overall disappointing!

"No safe"

The doors were able to be opened up without being locked. Basically the hinge inside the door seems to be blocking the lock. And the beds they use are not comfortable beds basically days are cheapest our library uncomfortable instead of using Tempur-pedic like beds. Their Internet Wi-Fi seems to be messed up or not working so I only had to rely on using my phone and the TV for just entertainment but no Wi-Fi I was able to use my laptop.

"Awful!"

Awful! Had reservation yet still took what seemed like forever to check in, with them trying to decide what room to give me. I had a reservation and picked a room already. Couldnt understand the delay. Finally get to my room and remote doesnt work. Isnt even programmed to the tv in room. Went to front desk and they gave me another remote and told ME to program it to tv. Needless to say that remote didnt work either. No shower curtain in bathroom. Dead roach on floor. Toilet did not work! I mean seriously, the room they put me in was not ready for patrons but they put me in there anyway! This hotel has gotten progressively worst.

The worst facilities we have ever encountered. We requested a change from the first room which was dirty, holes in the walls, worst we ever encountered. The room offered was the second worst, slept and got out as quick as possible next morning.
