Loved our stay! Overall had a wonderful experience! Staff was wonderful, room was beautiful and immaculate. The grounds and pool were well kept. Location is perfect esp if looking to be near boat docks for excursions. My only negative is the pillows were so flat/uncomfortable that I did not sleep well. The bed itself was great. Otherwise we loved it here!

"BFF Key West Memories"

This was our first time in Key West. The stay at the Hyatt Centric was wonderful. It was a short stay, celebration over 30 years of friendship with my BFF. Anna Krehan was wonderful! Our room was perfect the view was beautiful, the ambiance was spectacular. The local events were perfect, we went on a an amazing snorkeling excursion with Sunset Watersports, and our captain was Logan. If you are looking for a place to stay in Key West, go see Anna at the Hyatt Centric.
