Resort at Longboat Key Club

Having discovered the Longboat key area by chance on a day car trip from Orlando about six years ago we fell in love with the area & always had an ambition to stay at The Resort at Longboat Key & we were not disappointed. We booked a King Suite which was absolutley huge with every amenity you could ask for, it was very clean & serviced every day, although never ate on site we enjoyed a few drinks in Latitudes which was very nice. All staff we met were very friendly & helpful & we even got to meet the legendary Jason down on the beach area who's customer service is exemplary. My only slight query was that although I was aware of the resort fees I was charged for first day despite not checking in till nearly 22.00hrs & pointed out we would not receive any benefit of the fee, however we managed to resolve this amicably. All in all we had great stay & will be back one day in future.

Love this resort! Will never stay anywhere else in LBK because of the outstanding customer service! From Jason at the Beach to Diane in the office - the entire staff is amazing! Home away from home for us! Highly recommend staying here to all!

Great staff all around, especially on the beach. Jason, Jamie, Natalie and Trent. So helpful getting us set up with chairs, towels, food and drinks. Coming back no doubt. Everything we needed was only a request away. With a beach full of people, you'd never know that they were the only ones running the show. Kudos and thanks again.

Longboat Key Club is the best beach resort in the area with top class service. Jason took excellent care of us with chairs, tables, and umbrellas each day we went down to the beach and all of the food and drink servers were amazing. Some of the nicest and friendliest staff I’ve ever interacted with. On top of the service, the place is beautiful, clean, and classy. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Jason at the beach was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had a large group of ladies and nothing went un noticed. Definitely ask for him if at the beach. Jaime our beach server was also fabulous! She took such great care of us and had a smile on his face the whole time. It’s a fabulous place to stay!

Jason and Jamie are the best. They took great care of us and accommodated our every need during our fun girls tennis trip at longboat key’s beautiful resort beach club. Thanks for making our trip extra special! We definitely will be back soon!

Jason was amazing!!! His service was unbelievably perfect!!! He was right there whenever we needed anything at all!!! I’ll definitely come back and recommend Longboat Key Club to everyone!!! We were on a girls trip and the weather was perfect at mid 70’s and not a cloud in the sky!!

Absolutely beautiful clean rooms and great service staff. Dean is the man to talk to. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
