The rooms where a little dirty
The hotel was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities were good, nice pool, exercise room, snack bar. Food at the bar was good and the whole property was very clean. Elevators were slow and it would’ve been nice to have been closer to some restaurants/gas stations. Overall, great value. I did end up getting charged an extra fee of $450 but I notified the hotel and they did refund me for whatever this accidental charge was.
Overall stay and property were very good. Check-in agent was apathetic. She was pleasant, but could have been more welcoming. Maybe ask a question or two like, “where are you coming in from?” to at least act like you care.
Comfy room great common areas.
This was very clean. Unfortunately it was quite noisy and was hard sleeping through the night. But otherwise it was a great hotel.
Large, clean room and clean property overall. Pet-friendly. Outdoor heated pool. The property could improve by adding a designated pet relief area.
