We checked in and discovered that the rooms were poorly maintained. The carpets in the corridor were old and stinking. Water seepage was rampant on the walls. Overall good infrastructure but not maintained at all

It is an old property needs upgrade the carpets the bathroom the closet the coat hangers and needs plugs for the current iPhone iPad etc I told the duty manager that if no improvement is not made will choose Radisson Blue a new property The best part the staff are time employees and recognize you right away that the door man Chandru travel agent ram Lingam and snake charmer

I stayed for one night on business. Excellent hotel. Only hitch was I was given a room with twin beds and the bed was not wide enough for my comfort and I didn't sleep well. Otherwise it was very good. Food was excellent - Charcoals restaurant served excellent kebabs! Buffet breakfast had a good choice. It's an excellent hotel located close to City centre and IMO good for boityh business & leisure stay. Will certainly return if I am guaranteed a room with double bed next time!!

The hotel location was excellent and also hotel staff was very helpful. The morning breakfast was just amazing .

My wife and I had stayed in this hotel for a day / night. While the hotel staff were friendly (in general), the people at the reception need to learn to be more cordial. They do not come across as a friendly lot, sadly. The AC in the room was not good enough and I had to switch on the fan as well. Breakfast was not the best either. I've stayed at various other hotels in Mysore for much lesser and this one is certainly NOT worth the money that you spend.

We had a comfortable stay, the rooms were a good size, staff very friendly and attentive. Rooms were very clean and tidy to a good standard.Food in the restaurant was very good, service a little slow at times but on the whole, a pleasant stay. would use again.

Regaalis is situated at a great location with a good ambience on the inside. Rooms are very cleanly maintained and also the staff are really friendly.

The hotel was convenient for a 1 night stay. Rooms are a bit old and very basic accommodations. Food service for Breakfast and Dinner was OK. Hard to get a good cup of coffee.
