The staff was nice.

Dirty. Rugs in room were filthy. Rooms weren’t clean. Told there was no fee for parking and there was a fee. We came in late and the first room we got was dirty, so we switched rooms. That room was just as bad. We didn’t want to switch again because it was so late.

Location to needed food and amenity items was great to fill your needs.

My mattress left a little to be desired but it filled my needs for the night and I will use this location again.

I don't like the area where the hotel is located, as there were strange people hanging around the hotel and parking lot. Breakfast doesn't have many options, and you can't order other items from the menu. It's hot in the hallways, elevators, and lobby; the air conditioning is either off or set to a temperature that doesn't feel cold. There's no security, and the parking lot is dangerous because of strangers wandering around the hotel. The staff are unfriendly and don't greet guests. I don't recommend it, and I wouldn't stay with my family again. The only positive thing is that the rooms have been remodeled and check-out is at 12 p.m.

From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed! Tajiana check me in (she was beyond amazing) I could have sat there and talked to her all day. The room was nice and spacious, the bed was sooooo comfy! The hotel is in such a perfect location so we could get around very easily. This will DEFINITELY be the place we stay every time we come down here!

The free breakfast was awesome. The location was great.

The walls are somewhat thin. You can hear sounds on the next room.

Large roach infestation in the parking lot!

First off, customer service was top notch! I was greeted by the most professional and compassionate front desk staff that I’ve ever met. I had to ask her, her name because I wanted to share my experience with Marriott and with other guest that’s looking for a great experience. Sahara C greeting me with the warmest welcome that I’ve ever experienced in all of my years of worldwide traveling. She is a model employee, from my experience with the checkin process. In this day and age it’s rare to encounter someone with such professionalism and integrity. I really appreciate the opportunity to be able to share such a positive feedback. Keep up the good work and I hope other guest will have the opportunity to experience the same excellence customer service that I encountered. Thank you!
