Very nice and clean. It’s a small hotel. Price was good. We only stayed one night.

Conor in Austin at 4525 S. IH 35, was always very cheerful and very helpful i would recommend Anyone to stay at the Fairfield by Marriott. If u need anything from fresh towels to where the best place to dine is ... Just ask Conor he is a man of tue city

Connor at the front desk is a complete professional. He was able to accommodate all requests. Very clean hotel and nice rooms! The proximity to the freeway is great for any business related travel. Definitely would recommend staying here.

The staff is incompetent. We were over charged for a recent stay and the hotel refuses to fix it on their end. DO NOT STAY HERE. They will not release the charge, so the bank can’t take action, but the money is removed from our available balance, they will not fix it. It’s been almost 2 weeks, that is a long time to hold a pending charge on the account

It really fulfilled my expectations; the building is very clean, customer service is reliable, and they have the best breakfast ever! I really recommend it.

Conor was so friendly as soon as we arrived. We had just driven over 7 hours and it was nice to arrive to a smile. He was very helpful with food selections in the area. Conor also made sure we had signed up to receive Marriott points. He was very accommodating and offered an extra blanket.

The property is conveniently located, very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with lots of good amenities, bedding was extremely comfortable. Staff was very helpful, easy to talk to, professional & friendly. A special shout out to Connor who welcomed us & provided great customer service! Breakfast items were diverse and tasty, great coffee!

Employees we dealt with were all friendly and courteous. The location was easily accessible from the major freeway in Austin. We had no problem with anything at the Fairfield.
