"Great location and good value"

Great location. Safe walking distance to the Alamo, River Walk and Market Square. Plenty choice for breakfast and staff are friendly and helpful. Handy shuttle available if you don’t fancy walking to the centre. Plenty free parking.

Room a bit dated and only one lift.

Price

Looking for ice machine, tried several times to call the front desk to find location of ice maker. I had to go downstairs to talk to staff who said, sorry I didn't hear as she pulled out her headphones from ears.

I was charged through booking.com and the staff charged me for the room again upon check in and I didn’t know until I had already left San Antonio
