la ubicación, la limpieza

La wifi en la habitaciones era pésima y no mereció ninguna explicación por parte del personal de recepción. El lugar del desayuno era solo accesible por escaleras, hay un ascensor aparentemente fuera de servicio o de uso solo para el personal.

Hotel bastante agradável, silencioso e limpo, pessoal da recepção, em sua grande maioria, muito atencioso e pronto para encontrar soluções para eventuais problemas surgidos.

Nem todos da recepção tinham a mesma vontade de resolver problemas. O café da manha poderia ser um pouco melhor.
