Columbus Airport Marriott

The location was only a $12 Uber ride from downtown. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were friendly.

I was happy overall. The only negatives that I would mention are: - We arrived early because of our travel and we were told that we had to wait right up until 3 to check in. We sat in the lobby for at least an hour before 3. I can't imagine that our room wasn't ready that late. But they were very strict about that time. - My bed collapsed after getting in and out of it about 4 times. (I'm 58 yrs old and was with my kids...nothing was happening that would break a bed) Again...I had a very good stay.

I loved the early airport shuttle with the kind, helpful, careful driver. Omar in the lounge was friendly and efficient. Rooms were comfortable and Wi-Fi was wonderful! If you could just move the elevator a little closer to the lobby, the hotel would be perfect!

If you pay extra to be given access to the lounge, it's nice to have a variety of snack options, a comfortable place to sit, and catch up.

$10 a day to park. Slow elevator. Rooms are at the BACK of the hotel feel like your in a maze to get to where the rooms are. Had to have maintenance up twice to fix the AC. 1st day with lots of luggage, elevator was shut down because of a fire, had to make 3 trips up 12 flights of stairs.

Just needed a place to crash for the night, was perfect. Beds were comfy, hotel was convenient. Only 1 EV charger working but it worked out.

Great stay at this hotel. Location is very easy to access and its in a good part of town. Room was great and nice lounge for breakfast. Bed was very comfortable, quiet area. Wifi was very fast. Small charge for parking, will for sure stay here again.

Woof. This dinosaur should be taken down or major reinvestment. Bathrooms in the rooms are redone but the rest of the place needs a major facelift.

Good last minute stay. Our flight was cancelled on the way to the airport. Hotel was very accommodating and staff were very friendly. They sent a shuttle to pick us and drop us off. It's an older hotel in need of a facelift. The price and location made it an excellent value.

Staff was amazing. Food was great. Rooms need attention. The thermostat did not work, our room was over 72 degrees the whole time. Beds are absolutely terrible.
