The bed was comfy but the rest of the place is not nice. Super friendly staff but a very rundown property and it smelled like cigarettes, even on non-smoking floor.

The staff was so friendly and wonderful. It’s getting renovated so obviously that takes a toll on some of the appearance but you can tell when it’s finished. It will be nice.

The staff was very friendly and polite and patient. We were not aware of the $100 security deposit and check-in. Because we were not told that and he explained in detail the explanation of why also the huawei, in the elevators, our in need of repairs, the building does not look very maintained, but the room was clean and comfortable The halls and elevators need

I know the New York State fair was in town and rooms were tough to come by, so I did not feel the need to say anything to the location because I wasn't looking for my stay to be disrupted. I was only going to be in the room for a minimal amount of time, and I only really needed a bed and shower. Issues: - Missing "Do not disturb" sign - called the desk, they never brought one. - Toilet valve running every 30 seconds because it needed a new flapper - Toilet barely attached to the floor - Curved shower bar bent downward and curtain wouldn't stay fully extended.

Staff were great! Room , not so much. Really needs some renovations. Something running around all night by the windows, the main lock would not latch from inside, shower rack loose so curtain slides off and got more water on the floor tiles than in the tub. One elevator that takes forever too. Overall, not terrible but not worth the money I paid for this stay
