The location is located around the corner from to the Zocalo square with great amenities & friendly guest service. The kitchen staff was amazing, Jorge provided excellent food service & front desk with setting up private tour / airport transportation.

No elevator

Très bon emplacement pour rayonner dans Oaxaca, plein centre-ville. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Le rooftop est un truc de fou, à la limite on pourrait ne choisir l'hôtel que pour ça!

LE gros point noir pour nous: pas de stationnement inclus. Avec notre voiture de location ça a représenté 360 pesos supplémentaires par jour + bouchons + horaires contraignants (ouverture seulement à partir de 9h du matin), pour le tarif élevé de l'hôtel c'est vraiment dommage. Rapport qualité-prix plutôt mauvais selon notre expérience mexicaine: le rooftop est incroyable, mais les chambres sont un peu "fatiguées": la douche fonctionne mal, les prises électriques sont tordues et ne maintiennent pas vos équipements (il faudra trouver un support pour que vos appareils ne tombent pas de la prise), boîte à fusibles directement accessible à hauteur d'enfants, peintures mal finies... La cuisine est équipée... mais attention pas de plaques de cuisson. On vous promet un balcon... il fait 20cm de profondeur, autant dire qu'il est inexistant. En fin de compte un bel hôtel mais trop d'attente générée par la description de la chambre et un tarif élevé. La chambre prête avec 45 minutes de retard sur leur prévue de check-in. Emplacement très central mais plutôt situé dans les ruelles commerçantes : c'est là où les locaux font leur shopping mais ça n'est pas exactement un lieu de tourisme (même s'il suffit de 5-10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre les beaux lieux touristiques).

Excellent hotel and staff! The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The included breakfast is a really nice bonus.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location right in the centre of town.

Unfortunately we had no hot water the morning of our departure due to works that were happening in the street. It would have been nice to be notified prior as we were flying out that morning.

Excellent location staff provides great service. Smooth check in /out and complimentary breakfast included.

Central Location in Oaxaca City. The staff is amazing and welcoming. You will not regret this experience. If you need to book excursions the staff will be happy to help. They are very helpful and will be willing to help you. My family of 4 stayed here and loved their stay! I hope to return to Oaxaca City and if I do I would most definitely recommend this location.
