Good people on top of it

Room was dirty, I did not want to take my shoes off. The lobby was extremely hot and person at desk spoke limited English. There is no airport shuttle as advertised. The area was sketchy with working women out and about. Awkward full sized fridge in room. The Breakfast that was offered, was dry cereal and water.

Attendant asked for a fifty dollar cash deposit... not cc... he was upset when I asked for a receipt for the cash, so he hand wrote it on my receipt from expedia... the door to the room had a lock above the handle because the handle lock did not work. The room was not swept. There was gaps in the door. And the bathroom tile floor was cracked and broken walls needed to be painted quickly... breakfast was a box of cereal you had to ask for a bowl and milk and coffee was cold... honestly seemed like a pay by hour hotel.. I have never stayed in one like this ever... i would have never taken my children to a place like this.. ferrell cat herd roaming the area living under stairs.. non smoking room definitely smoked in... people fighting in parking lot. Felt nervous all night did not sleep...

Bed bugs in the room. Gave partial refund.

The staff were great, especially the person at the front desk. The property had an ice machine and breakfast.

The first room I was offered ( because I wanted to be upstairs, it felt safer) had a broke TV. The next room had gnats because the floor was soft, like it had been flooded or overrun with water. The curtain was not hung properly. I got on a chair and rigged it so no one could see in my room. No lights or lamps on the sides of the bed. The microwave was not working. The toilet seat actually was cracked. I got my butt pinched the first time I used it. I had to sit on the edge of the seat so as not to get pinched by the seat. The furniture was old and “run down” looking. There were two tables in the room. Neither matched and there was one chair and one chair with wheels. The floor in the bathroom and sink area was soft. It felt like I was going to fall through the floor downstairs. The environment was not what I expected. I was very disappointed. I asked to cancel the next booked day approximately 30-1 hr. after I realized how delapidated the it was. The front desk person told me he would ask the owner and tell me that next morning of the decision. I also tried canceling the next day on Booking.com. I was not given a refund, although I did not stay the scheduled paid next day. The front desk person told me that I could not receive a refund and Booking.com referred me to the facility owner. No refund for the day that I didn’t stay there was worth my safety. That place is very run down, but the staff were wonderful.

Charged a new once i got here fir deposit. Tv never worked , after paying room 13 mins past check out cause traffic getting bk due to significant other had worked over and was the one handling all the worker 33 mins after payment was due and was paid work using her key pass accessing herself into our room while we were in bed from long night
