"Got what I needed and would go back"

Staff, Value, and location. Hot water really worked, huge fridge. Breakfast even though I wasn't able to try it was available which I love for the price.

A few Little things I'd really have to be picky about but I was overall pleased with what my stay required like price, location, comfort, and safety, So, not doing that.

"Too much noise upstairs "

The rooms were very clean and the bed was real comfortable... But they have people with children living there ..and the children made a lot of noise throughout the night... It supposed to be a business not an apartment...

Property is very clean and quiet. It’s fairly well maintained and the beds are comfy. The minimal continental breakfast is a nice accoutrement. Very well done for a budget motel. Housekeeping was very thorough and polite. Great job! The owner and wife are very cordial.

Outdoor trash cans in parking lot need to be emptied daily.

"CLEAN BUT TACKY"

THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE

THE DESK CHAIR WAS DIRTY, THE CURTAIN HAD A HOLE IN IT, THE TABLE TOP WAS NOT CONNECTED TO THE TABLE LEGS, AND THE DESK DRAWER WAS BROKEN AND HANGING OFF. THERE WAS NO PHONE IN THE ROOM AND NO STOPPER FOR THE TUB TO TAKE A BATH.
