I love this hotel. I stay here every time I come.Very comfortable and I feel safe.

The hot tub needs work. Not very warm and so many bubbles that they overflow.

"If I needed to travel to Grand Rapids again, I would choose to stay here again."

The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfy. It was well appointed with a Kurig for hot water and a microwave. I liked the pump soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. The pool and hot tub was a surprise and the mini store in the lobby was nice and super convenient for forgotten essentials.

The only thing I didn’t like was not being able to access any streaming platforms like Netflix.
