Little to nothing

The owner was rude and didn’t seem to care when we told him stuff was wrong I stayed for almost a week was given 2 towels for 4 people and wasn’t allowed to let them dry outside was told it was my problem not his when I told him of if I took them inside they would mess the floor up but he told me that wasn’t his problem. The tub wouldn’t drain was told all week someone would be up to look at it never happened . Also couldn’t turn the shower off so had to let it run to fill the tub up to bath my children. I could keep going but you understand

Nada me gustó, solo que no tenía opción y me tuve que quedar

La atención es pésima, estuve una semana y aunque pedía servicio todos los días nunca fue nadie. Las paredes con huecos,baño y piso sucio,al lavamanos se le podía ver a primera vista los costres de suciedad acumulada por el tiempo, algunos tomacorrientes no funcionaban,tuve que ir a la oficina en varias ocasiones a pedir toallas limpias y papel para el baño. Nunca fue nadie

The room is very nice and they're both the people that also staying there was pleasantly polite.

A few of the staff members were very rude they hassled me about the confirmation maybe wait till 5:30 to be able to check in and when I got to the room my TV did not work.

I'm at the staff was nasty first day I got in at my room I pulled down the covers and the sheets were loaded with blood it was horrible I had to call the cops a few times cuz somebody in there was harassing me what leave me alone the place where the house the homeless it was disgusting
