The room was on a level where they experienced a major water leak at their ice machine. The smell of mold was suffocating!!! The beds were so soft and the pillows were so tough to sleep on because they were all lumpy inside the pillow case. Horrible experience!! We were planning on staying at the Doubletree again after our cruise but decided to stay at the Sheraton Hotel instead....a MUCH better choice and still paid less than the Doubletree! Overall the experience was gross!!!

Location, quiet, easily accessible to go many directions.

In room coffee pot on broken, ability yo open door with cell phone wouldn’t work, doors too heavy so slam shut, a car that had been or was stolen parked against my car making it difficult to get in.

Giuliani B was very welcoming at the front desk helped us and answered all our questions and thanked my wife and I for being Hilton honors members gave us great directions and help for timing our travel in Los Angeles the next day.
