"O pior serviço de sempre"

Chegámos e supostamente podíamos recuperar a nossa chave no cofre. O problema é que não havia chave. E pensam que nos ajudaram? Não! Ligámos várias vezes e nunca foram capazes de nos arranjar uma solução. Estávamos às 22h30 sem sítio para dormir com duas crianças pequenas. Tivemos que reservar num outro hotel que tinha vaga para termos onde dormir. Até hoje continuam sem nos contactar para nos ajudar...

L'emplacement bien situé , accessible à tous transports

L'aspect extérieur de l'immeuble, de la propreté de la moquette tachée et trouer l eau chaude obligé d'attendre 10 mn pour en avoir en laissant ouvert le robinet

The bed was great, however everything else was poor.

There was black mold in the bathroom, the floor was covered in cigarette burns, and it reeked of weed and smoke.
