What did I like? Honestly, there’s nothing to write here. The only “positive” thing I can say is that this hotel gave me a very clear understanding of where I never want to stay again. If you’re looking for useful information, just read the cons instead.

1. Staff The staff do not understand requests, say completely random things, and are unable to offer any kind of compromise. I booked 3 rooms for 4 people: two standard rooms for two people, one room per person, and one larger room for two people. At reception, I explained four times who should get which room. And guess what? They gave us all standard rooms, claiming that their system only showed standard rooms in the booking. They made zero effort to find a solution, even though my booking clearly showed exactly what I had described and planned. 2. Bedding There is no proper bedding. There’s a dirty wool blanket lying there, and next to it, a sheet. A SHEET. You are supposed to sleep under sheets instead of an actual properly made blanket. There are other people’s hairs everywhere, dust everywhere, everything feels dirty and gross. On top of that, there is some kind of plastic cover on the mattress that makes weird noises and feels like you’re sleeping on a trash bag. 3. Cleaning There is basically no cleaning. Honestly, they would have done better by not entering the room at all. They just folded the same sheets people are supposed to sleep under, arranged the towels, and wiped the doorstep with a dirty, smelly rag that reeked of chlorine. I walked around in white socks, and now they are black. Great job cleaning the rooms, guys. 4. Room quality There are holes everywhere, mold, things crumbling and falling apart. It is also VERY COLD. And let me remind you, there are no proper blankets, only sheets. 5. Water and electricity I have never had an experience like this before. The water was cold. Hot water did not work at all. In all three of our rooms. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. And on top of that, the power went out in the evening. It wasn’t a city-wide outage, the hotel’s circuit breakers just tripped. We had to go around looking for literally ANYONE to turn the electricity back on.

Нельзя вносить какие либо напитки и еду в номер, нет лифта , нет человека который помогает с чемоданом, тк нет лифта и лестницы

Само персонала и добрата локация! Стаята беше добра!

Закуската беше малко бедна ! Кафето беше пълен боклук,а на бара не предлагат кафе Еспресо дори и срещу заплащане! Пълен абсурд! В банята и на душа и на мивката водата смърдеше на сяра! Не може да няма чиста вода! Гледката потресаваща!
