My window to the outside and only one blackout curtain and the light outside in the parking lot, lit my room up all night long and made it hard to sleep

"Never again"

Stayed in room 329 last night and this morning there was no hot water in the shower. Lighting was really bad in bathroom. Room was clean.

Wasn’t a fan. The hotel as in decent shape; however, we experienced some inconveniences. Internet didn’t work on the 2nd floor. The beds were lumpy. Pillows were small. Air was dank. Toilet was super low to the ground. Like squatting in the woods low. We couldn’t eat breakfast because a gal sneezed on the buffet. But…on a happy note, the morning coffee was great. This place had lots of good reviews, so I was pretty disappointed.

"Replace dirty carpets!"

Carpets in hallway and in room are very stained. Even lampshades in room are stained and dusty. Beds and bathroom seemed clean.

"Didn't expect much, and they met my expectations."

The good: Nice staff. Air conditioning worked well. The bad: Very old, tired building. Dimly lit room. A/C receptacles do not grip plugs well, so connections were loose. Refrigerator made strange noises. They did not replace toiletries on a daily basis. Breakfast was acceptable, but not great.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean, but like with most of these budget options, it’s old and there seems to always be the smell and feel of old and somewhat musty. I hate saying this about this property because it did seem clean and to the best ability of the staff, but the place needs an overhaul. Some inconveniences were that the first room I had had no remote for the tv. Front desk person (Kay) kindly changed my room. The second room had a remote but the tv had no signal and therefore not playing. Small annoyances but noticeable when you have long travel days and just want to unwind at the end. Good location.
