"Perfect Overnight Stay"

Rooms were great for the one night stay we needed on our road trip. Perfect location off the highway. Staff was super friendly. Absolutely LOVED the wonderful lady that cooked us breakfast and invited us to her "block party" ❤️❤️

"Fairly good overall"

The Cleaning person knocked on the door while I was in the shower and tried to open the door. I had spent the time to do my checkout online and said that I was staying until 11 AM and they were there at 10:30 and saying something to me About checking out late

"In Need of Improvement "

The floors were not cleaned into the corners and around the bed especially behind the bed and night stands. There was also an open outlet with no cover creating a fire hazard.

When we noticed that the lamp on the nightstand was blinking on and off when we moved in the bed, we discovered that somehow the electrical outlet was entirely out of the wall. Apparently the management was unaware of the situation and when we reported it on our way out for the day they promised to fix it or put us in another room on our return. When we returned, the problem had been fixed and we experienced no additional electrical issues. Most of the other issues we had with the room were minor (a damaged lamp shade and some esthetic issues with the ceiling).
