Baymont by Wyndham Nashville Airport

I liked the location and that’s about it.

The room was super humid and warm. The vending machines didn’t work, forcing me to go to the gas station for a simple drink.

Cj checked us in his attitude was very professional and positive he was amazing with the kids during checking he made sure the room was wonderful and clean before we walked in it he made sure we had enough towels and rags and the pool was to die for it was nice big and it was clean and ready to swim I love my stay away from home it felt like we was at home with family when we stayed I would most definitely recommend staying here to all my friends and family

Everything was GREAT especially the manager CJ great personality

The manager Cj was very nice , friendly, professional and helpful. He informed me about the hotel shuttles that I didn’t know beforehand which was a big plus. The rooms was clean and he answered all questions that I had being my first visit to Nashville. I will be back. All employees were nice

Not much, just basic accommodations some of the staff seamed rude.

Trouble with the shuttle times. Room smells like Marry Jane. The, stairwells need of repair and elevator floor was dirty and not cleaned in days. Second floor access door gets stuck. Looks like a hooker came in for breakfast. They dont give you the kind of breakfast they advertise. Just the minimum food that they can get away with. It makes the Wydham name look bad. They usually have a higher standard.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Tried to stay at the hotel for an overnight stop on an 18 hour road trip from michigan to florida. We had a room booked but the power was out. We were told we could not get into our room because they could not make new key cards. Management is refusing to give us a refund. First they denied they had lost power. Now they admit they lost power and expected us to wait in our car for multiple hours until the power came back on. They said we left of our free will and do not qualify for a refund. Management here is shady and refusing to refund us our money for the night. Avoid at all costs.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff.

The noise. Next to me someone was playing drums on the wall and another was blasting music as if they were residents of the hotel. Should probably keep guests away from the residents.

Turned us away after driving to 10hrs. I understand they had no power but they refuse to refund me for a prepaid stay. They are stating I had the option to wait around for power but I was not given this option. We weren’t even allowed to wait in the lobby and were very rudely told there was nothing they could do for us. Waste of money and time.
