I tried to book for 11/9-11/10 and the site booked from 11/17-11/18 and I didn’t realize it until I had already paid for it. I tried to cancel and got no refund. I booked again for the correct time and adjusted the dates again after I had done it on the search bar. When we got there we had to pay cash for a deposit. Luckily we had cash. We heard so kick noise all night. Sorry hallways. Trash on the floors. Leaking ice machines. The elevator was broken to the first floor. Had to go down the stairs. A long wait like for breakfast. A guy was roasting burn toast for you instead you doing it yourself. We left and asked for the deposit back. Never will come again.

The room was dirty and there was two homeless in the stare well, and one of the elevators was broken.

The price was amazing! A button in one of the elevators was broken which prevented you from being able to access the ground (first floor lobby) from that elevator. The stairs on the 2nd floor near the back entrance had a bunch of cigarette butt’s that needed to be swept up. There was a spilled coffee stain on the steps in the breakfast area at 6:30am, which leads me to believe that it had been there since at least the day before. I accidentally stepped on a syrup packet and the floor was sticky in that spot hours later. The room was very clean and tidy. The staff wasn’t friendly until after I was friendly first. There was a surprise $60 deposit for incidentals after I paid in full online. I got it back without any problems.

If your local get ready with cash. They refuse to take credit cards and they charge a cash deposit. When do you get that back? Not until after 9am on your checkout day. Sz:; A aqwaaaqq was

The bathroom was nasty from the jump. The trash needed replaced, the towels had stains and hair, there was a fork under the sink, toothpaste in the sink, and dirt around and in the tub. It seemed as though the only thing that was clean was the bed. Until we took the sheets off and there was a sock. I spoke to staff and they disregarded everything.

More than one person tried to sell me meth there. Homeless people were sleeping in the parking lot. I was told I needed to pay a cash-only deposit. They would not take Google Pay for it. More than three times, someone tried to get into my room. Once, people who were not staying at the hotel tried to get into my room as I was about to go in. Twice, they tried to get in while I was in the room. The breakfast was not self-service. It was somebody standing there, making food for one person at a time. A hooker tried to claim our room was hers. A police dog should be used on the place, and maybe real people (guests) could stay there and feel safe. I would not go there again. If I could have gotten a refund after the first night and slept in our car, I would have felt safer. Do not book this place for anyone, ever. Bad, just bad.

People yelling & fighting out in the hall. Shower looked like someone had shaved. Lots of hair. Outdated. Mattress very uncomfortable & had a dip in the center causing you to roll into it.

I liked the fact that the dining hall was spacious and they had adult drinks upon request at the front desk. Rooms are very comfortable but could use some cleaning of the walls, doors, and high moisture areas as mold was seen and chipping paint. Overall, very nice for the price.
