Super 8 by Wyndham Oxford

I had a cockroach crawl on my face in the middle of the night. The mold in the air condition vents and all in the bathroom. The walls were dirty. It’s like they do the bare minimum when they clean.

The room was horrible I wouldn’t have stayed there if I had not already paid for my room and couldn’t get my money back! They should be ashamed of that hotel

Everything there was mold on walls nothing was clean

It was right off main road to everything

It was not clean, I had originally booked one room but then added a second room, I asked for single non smoking. I was told it was not available so then I just said a double non smoking he said there were none available there was a room right next to mine that was available I didn’t argue. The rooms were NOT clean. I had to clean before I’d even let my children use the bathroom. The single bed room stunk, the units were HOT due to the AC being turned off. The double bed room stunk like mold. There was a bad leak in the bathroom when the shower was ran. All the beds were hard. For $400 for 1 night it was terrible and this hotel should be ashamed of its self It was an AWFUL experience all around.

Housekeeping only came once in 5 days.

Water pressure was good.

Water dripping from the ceiling. Caught it in two trash cans. Sheets smelled. No cups for coffee or water in the room, no coffee maker in the room. Pillows were way too firm. No personal contact. Used a video screen. AC made a lot of noise. In my opinion this location doesn't meet Super 8 or Wyndham standards.

Location was excellent. Check in and out was easy.

Room had mold that had just been painted over. Paint chipping in bathtub, walls, ceilings, roaches. We asked for the air to be turned on before check in because we were attending baseball games and would be very hot. The air was not on. My son's feet were black just walking across the carpet. No pool.
