The location and the reasonable price once I finally got the gentleman at the front desk to match the online price.

I wanted to pay for the room in advance for a friend of mine who was coming in from out of town so I contacted the hotel in advance. It is a very difficult process to pay for the room over the phone with this place. I even question the security of it. However, after going through all of the ridiculous steps to pay for the room myself, he STILL made my friend pay for the room when she checked in. He never contacted me to tell me that my credit card did not go through due to the security measures from my bank. Even though he was VERY aware of my intentions, Instead of calling me to resubmit the payment, he would not let her check in until she gave him the cash. This caused her to be short on cash until she could get with me for me to give it to her. This was the same gentleman who, from the time before, told me to book directly through the hotel rather than online and that he would always match the online price. Yet every time I book a room there, it is a hassle to get him to match the price and then he pulls a stunt like this. In addition, be aware that you never talk face to face with anyone at the front desk. It is all done through a computer screen in the lobby like you are talking to The Wizard of Oz.

Nothing dirty room nasty I had to clean it and go búy sheets to sleep there nothing worked at all

When I first arrived , the shower wasn’t clean and had public hair everywhere in the shower “had to clean the whole room myself” I booked for a week so it was too late to cancel , the room had roaches so I had to buy my own roach spray and after spraying everywhere in my room I never seen another roach , housekeeping doesn’t clean properly and gives you dirty stained towels luckily I carry my own towels

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location.

As I was entering the room the first thing I noticed was a foul smell. The bathroom had bugs and hair in the tub and on the counter. I raised a complaint with the front desk, and he switched me to another room. This room was worse, The bugs was all over the rub and counter. The toilet was filthy. It was old urine saturated around toilet. On the floor around the toilet wasn't caulk so it was dirty.
