I have not stayed in a motel in a looong time. I only went this time because I was getting sleepy and Atlanta was a couple of hours away. To my surprise…the room was very clean and bed very comfortable. The room had a fridge and microwave. The pressure in shower was good. The premises were perfect for my dog. Other guests staying were very kind and helpful. I will stay in a motel 8 again.

I would not recommend this hotel. I checked in on March 27 2026. The room had bugs crawling all over the bed. I told the receptionist. He gave me another room. The room was strong smells of smoke. The bed spread had burn holes. The receptionist did not want to give me a refund. He said. “I promise to give you another room much better!” “No thanks, just REFUND me my money!” This is a filthy hotel! Don’t waste your time or money!
