Breakfast was good. Staff kept area clean

Bathrooms needed updating the toilet was so low not good for elderly thought I was going to fall had to hold on to the wall and the towel rack was very old and kept falling off

I came twice to the hotel but I got down the downstairs room twice. I don't like the downstairs room

The room was very clean and the continental breakfast was very good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner wasn't working. When my husband brought it to the attention of the staff, they gave us another room.

The breakfast is the standard fare found at these establishments - waffle bar, potatoes, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, toast, yogurt etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great.

There are only a few GF options and a whole lot of single-use plastics. The carpets in the hallways are a bit tired and need to be replaced. The room is serviced is every other day, the amenities weren't consistently maintained (had to ask for coffee, the ice bucket wasn't cleaned out and new liners were not left). I would have liked to have used the fitness center but they didn't have any lighter free weights on the rack; I'm guessing they get stolen -- a simple fix would be to check out the weights from the front desk.

Breakfast was good and the location was great. Staff very friendly.

Need bigger trash cans in rooms.
