Drury Inn & Suites Knoxville West

The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable.

Easy to get to, find.

Drury Inns are fantastic! I usually plan our trips around Drury Inn locations and the Drury Inn of Knoxville Tennessee was one we used in March. It was located within 15 minutes to a-half hour from the places that we wanted to see. Great location, breakfast, dinner and 3 free drinks included in cost of room. Very reasonable price. Clean, nice sized rooms. Friendly service and quiet atmosphere. I highly recommend Drury Inns anywhere! Love them.

The staff was nice and kickoff (?) was a nice bonus We will plan on staying at Drury hotels whenever we find them

The breakfast was great as well as the dinner. Had a great time. The pool area was greatly enjoyed by me n my daughter.

The only problem was sat night when I slipped n fell n twisted my knee. I told Nick the desk clerk bout the spill n my fall. He asked if I was ok n I am but sore.

Staff at desk is not nice and English not so good. Manager on duty was even worse. All over them over charging my charge card. Not just a few dollars it was over $600.00 for days I was just inquiring about the weekend rate and a few hours later I was notified by my bank that another charge had been made. Also, I had two extra charges that were not ours. I DONT RECOMMEND THE KNOXVILLE TN DRURY INN.

They forgot about the pack and play after asking 2 times for it.

Shower, no pressure and hot water took forever

Room was exceptionally clean! Our cleaner was Anna and she did an amazing job. Wish I had employees that cared that much about a great job!

Property was great really enjoyed the extras like beverages and food in evening. Only thing was beds were not comfortable we had a hard time sleeping.
