"Disappointed. Worst hotel we ever stayed in."

The breakfast was good with some choices. The staff there was the best part of our stay.

Our room was dreary and dark. We were there 3 nights and never had our towels replaced or the bed made up (we did that ourselves). For $770 for the time we stayed, we were expecting a bit more. Will not stay at any Fairfield after this experience. Had to drive through two gas stations to get to the entrance. WE WILL BE CALLING ABOUT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE ON OUR PREPAIDBILL — DON’T KNOW WHAT THAT IS ABOUT. SORRY FOR THE VENTING, BUT THE STAFF DOWNSTAIRS WAS NO WHERE TO BE SEEN (EXCEPT FOR THOSE WORKING IN THE BREAKFAST AREA). THE ROOM CLEANING STAFF STARTED AT THE SOUTH END EACH DAY AND WE WERE IN THE LAST ROOM AT THE NORTH END. VERY DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST.

"Non-eventful. Pretty much what we expected."

Price is competitive. Easy to get on the highway. Close to highway but not noisy. Breakfast is typical continental. If it starts at 6:30 it would be better as we had to leave by 7.

Hope the construction work is finished soon. Some of the guests were really loud. Lobby was crowded.
