Excellent breakfast, good location, good value

Carpet had holes in halls, fan didn’t work in bathroom, equipment in fitness room was broken

The location is the only thing that I liked

the staff were terrible. The rooms were dirty. They had no housekeepers when I called and asked for them to change my sheets on my bed because they hadn’t been changed. They had no rooms to switch us to the door wouldn’t even shut all the way. Management was no help. I asked for a clean bedsheet so I could change them. They wouldn’t give me any but they gave me towels. They messed up with our hotel reservations, the first night that we made through y’all and didn’t realize that the dates were wrong to tell us so overall rude staff dirty rooms not what was portrayed on Booking.com or on their site

The worst hotel ive ever stayed in. Says online you pay a deposit and it also says pet friendly. We get there to check in after 3 pm the room that we booked online was not givin to us. They put us outside in room 156 and when he walked in the entire room was Damp, the floor was damp,the bathroom was dap. There was no AC in the bathroom to get the dampness out of the bathroom. Electric plug in the bathroom didn’t work. The ceiling above the shower was leaking water from the roof. The TV wouldn’t allow us to log in with our password on Netflix and the TV froze as well. The price I payed to get this room was outrageous. And I didn’t receive my deposit back which I know every hotel takes a deposit Incase there is damage to the room. I payed almost 80.00 something dollars deposit and was told I wasn’t getting it back when we checked out on checkout day. The worst Wyndham hotel experience ever. I usually like this hotel but will never go back.
