Location was lovely

It’s a rusted out, degraded building, stairwells, property and furnishings. Even the lampshade was sheared, base rusted. Vents rusted. Remote back cover missing. Splatters on the wall near toilet tissue and around mirror. Baseboards nasty throughout. Sent photos with previous review of first room, I rented two. The second room was equally disgusting. Sister called it an old retirement center.

Checked in sheets were very dirty room was very dirty sheets actually had big blood stains floor was dirty room overall was the worst hotel room I have encountered in years. We called and you cancelled our room and we left immediately hotel charged us anyway after you refunded our money and I had to dispute charge with AMX. I would remove this hotel from your list!!! Dirty fraudulent card charges even though they agreed with us about the room

Dirty room , blood stained sheets full of hair and dirt and fraudulent charge to my AMX CARD after the fact of you refunding our money !!!!

The breakfast was eggs, sausage patties, fruit, cereal, various breads, oatmeal, and waffles. The rooms were clean with obvious signes of wear. All damages were maintained in a servicable condition.

There was a marina across the street, so we had to pay for parking extra ($11). I wasn't expecting this, but probably didn't notice it in the hotel description (I haven't verified). There was no coffee available before breakfast hours, but the desk attendant did make some for me.

Nothing at all.

The fisrt room they gave us was in the building next to the main one, that room the lamp shades were ripped the door didn't close properly so there was a safey issue for me.I went to the main desk and told them about it and the reason they told me why we were in that building was beacuse we had our dog with us and they like to keep all the dogs in one place,while they were telling me this a man was walikng with a dog down the hallway to his room. They put us there because we booked through a 3rd party. They did give us a room in the main build for an extra fee.that room was a little better,but still old the floors were dirty the carpet in the hallways were ripped,discolored with bleach.This place felt like it was on of those motel that you rent by the hour. They need to remodel this place from outside to they inside or close it down.

Location

I had two rooms booked, both should had two double beds in them. Each room had one bed. The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. When taking a shower the water would get all over the bathroom floor. The hall door was hard to open and shut. The hall door had a gap under it.
