Staff were very kind and helpful during check in, the shuttle driver was very kind, the breakfast was good. A place I will happily stay again.

I had a little trouble with the wifi on my computer but it worked great on my phone so undoubtedly it was a user error situation. I would have liked to have water cups in my room not just the coffee styrofoam ones. Neither of these affected my overall experience.

"Fine for a quick stay for the airport"

Conveniently located to the Kansas City airport. Shuttle driver was accommodating at 4 am and left a few minutes earlier than the posted time. Grab & go breakfast was thoughtful.

The room was not as comfortable as others I've stayed in. No left side night table. No chair or luggage rack in the room. Loud exhaust fan in the bathroom could not be turned off.

The breakfast was great. Shuttle driver was fabulous. Decent value for the location.

The room was dirty. Not at first glance, but there wss mold in the bathrub, bugs (Japanese beetle type bugs) in the bathroom, there was what appeard to be blood in the corner of the bathroom. I was charged the incidental charge of $20 despite not using any incidentals (not just a hold), and while I dont mind paying to park and fly, $50 is excessive when at first glance it appears to be free and a hotel just down the road offers it for free. I had already booked and it was non-refundable.
