We used this hotel for its location to the airport and the free shuttle service. We didn’t know until we checked in that the shuttle only ran until 11:30pm so we had to spend extra money to uber back to the hotel. It would have be nice to know the shuttle hours so we could have made other reservations. Part of the cost of the room we figured would offset with free shuttle service.

The shower door was very hard to close, and when you did get it to move, it made a horrible noise. The fire alarm went off at 5:30 am on Sunday morning, and rang for more than a couple of minutes. There was no fire!

"I would never recommend this hotel."

Close to the airport

Girl at check-in couldn’t find our second room, then tried to charge me again when it was prepaid. Asked about getting bus to airport booked a time and finished check in. Then came back and said usually I have to give my tag number when leaving it. At that point was told it was an additional $50 when I had already spent $500 to stay one night in a very old and dated hotel. Nothing I read stated it would cost more to leave my van and I was irritated that she had not mentioned anything when I questioned her earlier about using the shuttle to the airport and had asked what to do when we returned. Had I not asked my van could have been towed during our trip. The shower was dismal very little water pressure.

The showers should have a bar to help support people. The tub was slick and a bar would have been very helpful and reassuring. The check-in was lengthy. I don't know if a new person was on duty or what, but she was slow, disinterested and not good. Another woman was helping her and she was fabulous.
