Great for a one-night stopover for Heathrow. Friendly staff. Cheap to park overnight (just the nights you stay in the hotel - not whilst you are away)

"Bad communication"

We’re apologetic

Arrived after a 13 hour flight, only for them to have messaged during that time looking for a card authentication. Due to not having service I did not receive it, so when I landed in Heathrow I saw on my phone that they had cancelled my booking. I thought the communication was appalling.
