Pubes in the bathroom

There was no alternative milk for cereal, and coffee was mid; entering my room was disturbing as there was a large black hand print on the door on both sides making it look like someone had tried to escape, parking was not adequate for the amount of guests; the staff however were very nice and welcoming.

Loved the huge hot tub.

Pool was almost ice cold, and hot tub didn’t have any pressure coming thru the jets when you turned the switch on

The location was what I needed for the purpose of my stay. There was an elevator for the upper rooms as I can not climb stairs.

First, the view from my window was the roof of the entry way. This room really shouldn't be a "paid for" room, should be used as a housekeeping room or storage area. Who wants to wake up looking out at a roof? With all the beautiful surrounding mountains, you're looking at a roof structure! I didn't like the wall mirror across from the bed, needs to be placed somewhere else. The decor should be of the Umpqua and mountains not some squiggly lines. The bathroom was so small, you had to close the door to use the toilet.......... again this should not be a room you pay money for.
