Goede ligging, goed contact met de host. Schoon appartement.

Chambre avec kitchenette à proximité du centre de Cologne et de la gare. L'établissement dispose d'un parking (non négligeable au centre de la ville). idéal pou un miniptrip.

Alles war gut danke. Der Preis könnte etwas günstiger auch gehen☺️

Een grote verrassing. Top locatie (1 minuut van station, 2 minuten van de dom), zeer ruime en goed uitgerust appartement. Mooi pand, goede kamer, prima bed, top douche, goed aan te rijden met privé parkeer. Keukentje is klein, maar spullen goed aanwezig. Rustige buurt, goed donker te krijgen... En voor 140 euro voor twee nachten voor 2 personen zeer goed te betalen. Okay, geen ontbijt, maar binnen 5 minuten koffie en broodjes te krijgen. En ook een lux belegd broodje is maar 2,80 euro op station. (In NL 4,95 minimaal) al met al, een dikke aanrader. Kamer 6 en 9 zijn top kamers. In 3 uur vanaf de kust van nl aan te rijden. Top stad, top appartement... en gezellig maken is wat je zelf moet doen.

Sehr netter Empfang. Sehr gute Lage und sehr sauber. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut und bekommen was versprochen war. Jeder Zeit wieder.

I had very comfortable stay...very clean!...

Reading a number of previous reviews about the lack of information that the reception had a different address, I'd been hesitating to book this apartment. There were in fact too many emails before arrival. Two emails within half an hour the day before arrival that the address of the reception had changed, and a separate message asking me to confirm the arrival time. Another message the day of arrival asking me to confirm the arrival time. Two automated messages within two minutes that day which said thank you for having stayed there ... before I even arrived. When I got there mid afternoon, the key to the apartment was not available yet. I was thus offered an upgrade to a larger department. This was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Wifi however was pretty much non existant throughout my one-night stay. The noise level from the street outside the apartment calmed down some time after midnight. I kept the bathroom window closed over night to block out the noise and was greeted with a rather unpleasant smell coming up from the sewers in the morning. The receptionist provided good customer service but I guess her life could be made easier if other aspects improved.

The unit we rented was a good location and close to the train station. If your looking for full service and front desk this is not that. If your looking for a large room at a good price this might be a good match.
